I made a shelf.
But it seems quite dull, so I might decorate it with a little bit of fringe.
At the moment there is this old carpet and together with tropical stuff (such as plastic fruits which I love) it sort of gives this feeling of visiting your grandma in Mexico. Good or bad, I don't know yet.
I also love souvenirs, more kitschy - the better!
Unfortunately my beautiful sunshade is far too big for our balcony. Even the coconut creature is looking bit sad about this.
The previous owner of our home had made this interesting construction to the roof. I've kept it but haven't yet decided how to use it the best.
